Currently there is no option to disable accounts.
Is the "disabled" state still relevant/used in services or should old accounts be completely deleted?

Old Accounts should be completly deleted. There is no need to collect Users over the time. See also issue #58 and the ServerUmzug2019 board.

Here a little preview of the task:

Aktuell gibt es für admins noch keine einfache Lösung einen Nutzer aus allen Services zu löschen.
Angedacht ist ein Hilfsystem/Skript, dass alle Nutzerdaten aus allen Services der StuVe löscht.

Drei wesentliche Schritte

  • Aktivierung des LDAP last login Feldes
  • Erweiterung von LAMa: Inaktiverkennung, Auswahlseite zur Bestätigung des Löschvorgangs der Inaktiven Nutzer, 2 Wochen Nutzerdaten zu sichern bevor Punkt 3
  • Skript das alle Nutzerdaten löscht
